Wyckoff’s older colonials and split-levels keep contractors busy with kitchen guts, bathroom remodels, and full-house cleanouts before listing. A 15 or 20 yard handles most remodel debris. Driveway placement needs no permit in Wyckoff. If the container has to sit on the street, the township requires a permit, so plan for the driveway if you can.
