Springfield’s colonials, capes, and split-levels keep a steady mix of kitchen and bath remodels, roofing tear-offs, and pre-listing cleanouts. A 15 yard covers most single-room jobs and a 20 yard covers a typical roof or whole-house cleanout. Driveway placement needs no permit. A container on the street requires a permit from the town, so plan for the driveway if you can.
No hazardous materials or medical waste. No paint (empty paint cans are OK). No batteries or propane tanks. No liquids, solvents, chemicals, or anything containing Freon. No equipment containing gas or oil.
Concrete, clean dirt, asphalt, and brick are accepted as single-material loads only, with no weight limit, in dedicated containers arranged by phone at 201-566-7719. Mixing any other material makes it a mixed load billed by the ton.
Every rental includes 10 days. Need longer? It is $15 per day after that, no phone call needed.
