Remodels, basement cleanouts, and roofing jobs are the standard here in South Orange. Tighter driveways usually take the 10 or 15 yard cleanly, while the 30 yard needs 20 feet of driveway length, about two cars parked end to end. Driveway placement requires no permit. Street placement requires a permit from the town.
No hazardous materials or medical waste. No paint (empty paint cans are OK). No batteries or propane tanks. No liquids, solvents, chemicals, or anything containing Freon. No equipment containing gas or oil.
Concrete, clean dirt, asphalt, and brick are accepted as single-material clean loads in dedicated 10 or 20 yard containers arranged by phone at 201-566-7719. Clean loads are priced per container instead of the tonnage and overage schedule, loaded within safe and legal hauling limits. Mixing any other material makes it a mixed load billed by the ton.
The 30 yard is 20 feet long, about two cars parked end to end. Measure before booking or take the 20 yard.
Typically next day. Book online and pick your delivery date at checkout.
Most cleanouts fit a 20 yard. Larger estates take the 30 yard, which is 20 feet long.
