No permit is needed on your own driveway. Street placement requires a town permit.

Concrete, clean dirt, asphalt, and brick are accepted as single-material clean loads in dedicated 10 or 20 yard containers arranged by phone at 201-566-7719. Clean loads are priced per container instead of the tonnage and overage schedule, loaded within safe and legal hauling limits. Mixing any other material makes it a mixed load billed by the ton.

Yes, brush and branches are fine. Dirt, rocks, and soil are not accepted in mixed loads. Dedicated clean-fill loads can be arranged by phone.
