Clean loads are priced per container instead of the tonnage and overage schedule, loaded within safe and legal hauling limits. Mixing any other material makes it a mixed load billed by the ton.
Most cleanouts fit a 20 yard. Larger estates take the 30 yard, which is 20 feet long.
