Concrete Dumpster Rental in New Jersey
Here is the line every other dumpster company buries: their concrete containers are billed by the ton. Bin-Drop’s clean-load containers are not. Concrete, clean dirt, asphalt, and brick are accepted as single-material loads in dedicated 10 or 20 yard containers, priced per container.
How Clean-Load Containers Work
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Accepted materials | Concrete, clean dirt, asphalt, brick. One material per container. |
| Containers | Dedicated 10 or 20 yard |
| Billing | Priced per clean-load container, not by the tonnage and overage schedule. Loaded within safe and legal hauling limits. |
| The one rule | One material per container. Mix in anything else and it becomes a mixed load billed by the ton |
| How to book | By phone at 201-566-7719, priced per container for your town |
Why Single-Material Matters
Clean concrete, dirt, asphalt, and brick are recycled as aggregate, which is why they can be priced per container instead of by the ton. The moment household trash, wood, or metal lands in the container, the whole load must be processed as mixed debris and billed by the ton. Keep it clean and the per-container price holds.
What Counts as Clean
Broken slabs, sidewalks, footings, patio pavers, chimney brick, block, clean excavation dirt, and torn-out asphalt all qualify. Rebar and wire mesh embedded in concrete are normal. Sod, roots, trash bags, and demolition mixed with framing are not clean loads.
FAQ
How is a clean load billed?
Per container, not by the tonnage and overage schedule, for single-material loads of concrete, clean dirt, asphalt, or brick in a dedicated 10 or 20 yard container, loaded within safe and legal hauling limits. Mixed loads are billed by the ton.
Can I mix dirt and concrete in one container?
No. One material per container keeps the per-container price. Mixing materials makes it a mixed load billed by weight.
Does concrete with rebar count as clean?
Yes, rebar and wire mesh embedded in concrete are normal for recycling.
