Property Damage Disclaimer: Customer acknowledges risks of property damage during bin delivery/pickup and releases Bin-Drop from any claims, indemnifying for related damages.
Bin Condition and Responsibility: Customer must inspect bin upon delivery, report damage promptly, and is responsible for any damage while in possession.
Bin Movement: Customers cannot move the bin without Bin-Drop's permission. Bin-Drop will charge $125 for relocation.
Property Access: Customers must provide unobstructed access. A $250 fee applies if delivery/pickup is hindered.
Prohibited Waste: Customers cannot deposit hazardous or prohibited wastes. Liability for such materials falls on the customer, with a minimum $350 charge.
Fill Line Compliance: Customers must adhere to the fill line. Failure to do so may result in a $250 fee for each pickup attempt.
Cancellation Policy: A $150 charge applies for cancellations within 24 hours. Full refund for cancellations made earlier.
Additional Charges: "Priority" deliveries/pickups incur an extra $150 charge. Rentals exceeding 7 days may have additional fees.
Payment: Credit cards are charged the full rental price before delivery. Overweight tonnage incurs a $120 per ton fee.
Fuel Surcharge: A separate fuel surcharge is applied to all work orders.
